The method of registration is electronic and integrated with abstract submission form. Those who wish to attend the conference and submit an abstract should create an account on easychair here and follow the next steps:

1. Select New Submission tab on top of the page;

2. Fill out the form (authors, work title, abstract, etc);

3. Upload your abstract file. Please use the template present here.

For those who wish to attend the meeting without presenting/submiting any work should send an e-mail to with the following details:

2. Status (Participant, student or Accompanying person)

3. Affiliation

4. E-mail

IMPORTANT: The registration will be only effective after the payment of the fee. If you need an invoice to proceed with the payment please send us the details of your institution (name, VAT number, etc.) by e-mail:

Intructions for payment

All fees should be paid in Euros (€) and without charges to the beneficiary.

Important: Bank transfer must be free of charges for the recipient. Irregular transfers will not be accepted.

Please, state the name of the participant clearly on the payment.

Please, send a copy of the bank transfer to the IBER 2015 Organization so that the payment of each participant can be identified more easily, together with the details for the invoice (Name, Institution, VAT number, etc). You can send the this information to our e-mail address (

Registrations may be cancelled until 31th of July, in which case a partial refund of 75% of the payed fees paid will be done. It will not be possible to offer any refunds on cancellations received after that date.
