Call for abstracts - OPEN

Oral and poster contributions are welcomed on subjects within the scope of the conference. Authors are requested to submit abstracts, no later than 7 of July, 2015, according to the instructions below. Authors will be informed of the acceptance of their contribution and its presentation (oral or poster) before 15 July, 2015. Abstracts of all accepted contributions* will be published in the Book of Abstracts that will be distributed to all participants at the registration desk.
*Only abstracts from authors or co-authors that have paid the registration will be included in the book of abstracts.

Abstracts must be submitted electronically via the form available for the registration process, including the preference for either oral or poster presentation.

Instructions for presentations

Posters

The size of the poster should not exceed A0 (Portrait). Authors will have the opportunity to discuss their posters during the poster session. Posters should be displayed on Monday morning and should be removed by the end of the conference.

Oral

The time attributed to each oral presentation is 15 minutes + 5 min for questions. All technical material will be presented with a digital projector and a PC running Microsoft Powerpoint. We kindly ask you to upload your file onto the presentation machine at least one session prior to the one in which you are to present. Speakers should be present at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the Session in which they will give their presentation in order to introduce themselves to the Session Chair.
